"I booked this hotel on a whim after reading the reviews and wanting to pamper myself on my vacation to India. I was traveling there with another friend of mine. The Manager Mr. Randheesh and Ms. Renju graciously greeted us and helped make tour arrangements as well. The chef and other staff kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. "I have visited Kodaikanal many times and stayed at various places but this stay was probably the best experience. Comfortable and clean room. Clean and non-smelly bathroom. Toilet looked new. Excellent buffet breakfast. Excellent play area for children with swings and slide. Parrots, Emu, guinea fowl and ducks, badminton and table tennis, village-styled tea shop were nice added benefits. Easy check-out - no waiting in line - just handed over the room card and left.Cordial smiling staff."
