「Very friendly staff」

「The property was quiet and bathrooms were good. Staff - Ramji, Rahine and Muthukumaran (all restaurant staff) were particularly good in service and courtesy. Bad - the food choices weren't good for vegetarians, not much of south Indian dishes for a restaurant located in deep south India. Room service was below average. Overall, too pricey for the quality of stay.」

「We were 17 adults. I booked 7 rooms 4 months ago . I stayed ooty sterling 2 nights ( all 17 ) Kodikkanal sterling had terrible experience. First they don’t have big vehicles access to resort. Second they accommodate 7 rooms , but they charge for 2 adults 3790 for even sleeping in the floor. For 3 days trip they charge me over $ 3000.00 . Very bad 」

「- Nice views, nice room, quiet, wonderful staff, delicious breakfasts. - the temp caretaker and his wife were wonderful and delicious breakfasts were provided. -- A more accurate location of the GH needs to be provided - it is on the lower slopes of the town's suburbs; thus, if you don't have a car, it's a very steep and sweaty 30 minute climb to the centre of Kodai and the lake. No taxis or buses nearby, no restaurants nearby either.」
