The staff were very kind and friendly, and the room was relatively clean. However, the Wi-Fi was extremely disappointing — it kept disconnecting every few minutes, and I had to leave the room each time just to reconnect. The signal was very weak. Also, the floor made a very loud noise every time we walked, almost like something out of a horror movie.

De accommodatie is zowel gericht op gasten als de lokale bewoners, vrij druk dus niet echt voor de rustzoeker. Ik had een eenpersoonskamer en die is echt basic. Wel prima ontbijt en mogelijkheid om fiets te stallen.

Zimmer okay. Etwas klein, aber sauber und alles da. Frühstück i. O., Restaurant gut. Bedienung nett - Zimmer a.d. Straßenseite früh morgens laut. Im OT Güls nichts los (aber Koblenz Zentrum mit Fahrrad und Bahn schnell erreichbar). -- Unterkunft vorab unerreichbar. Es wurde nicht auf schriftliche Anfragen via Expedia reagiert, und telefonisch kam immer nur eine Ansage, ohne Möglichkeit eine Nachricht zu hinterlassen. Die Check-in Erfahrung war dann etwas merkwürdig, als ob man uns nicht erwartet hat, eher als ob wir störten... Ein herzliches Willkommen geht anders...

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war nicht gerade modern, aber funktional. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem. Personal sehr freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das hoteleigene Restaurant. Lecker und moderate Preise.
