They gave us a beautiful room with a view of the sky tree tower to celebrate a special occasion, and were extremely helpful when I temporarily misplaced our passports and lost my glasses! One of the highlights was definitely the onsen experience—it was so relaxing and beautifully maintained. "There was an early option for breakfast in the other building which started at 0530. The main building breakfast started at 0630. Good food and many choices. It was easy transportation back and forth to the airport to enjoy their reasonably priced restaurants and shopping. "
