The staff at the hotel steals. Please remember don't leave anything valuable outside in your room, put them in the safe even if you are out for a brief moment. I lost money in my hotel room, and the response from the hotel is disappoiting. They basically did nothing only told me that they asked the cleaning lady and she said she didn't take anything from me. I called the police, they brought the cleaning lady to my room as well. She just blantly lied in front of us, some stuff she said didn't make any common sense, I felt the hotel staff realised that as well. However, I don't think they did anything afterwards, I noticed on some social platforms that some other guests had similar experieces. Disapointing!! Anyways, you can never be too careful, leave all the valuable things in the safe when you go out. If you choose to stay at this hotel, try to enjoy!

酒店在宁静的大海边，有一个非常好的私人海滩，让你在涨潮中享受到大海的波涛冲击。酒店有三个不错的餐厅，泰国菜餐厅的菜让你永远也会忘记！餐厅在半山，有优美的风景、有泰国的美品…当然，另外两个餐厅也不错。酒店需要改善的是，从普吉岛去PP岛的船程。我建议多增加几趟，船程太少，下了飞机坐公共船真的不方便。

Spotless facilities, friendly and organized staff, beautiful location. Quiet. Food was amazing. Not enough good things to say. I highly recommend using the hotels round trip service from Phuket airport getting to and departing from the resort. I didn’t use it coming in, and the process leaving when I did use the service was incredible, easy and stress free.

Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, modern und sehr gepflegt. Der Strand ist bei Flut schön, jedoch bei Ebbe sehr dreckig und ungepflegt. Der Poolbereich ist insgesamt in einem gutem Zustand. Es gibt zwei Pools: einen Familienpool mit kleiner Rutsche und Wasserspiel sowie einen separaten Pool für Ruhesuchende – eine schöne Aufteilung. Leider war die Kommunikation vor der Anreise enttäuschend. Ich musste drei E-Mails schreiben und das Hotel zusätzlich über Instagram kontaktieren, um überhaupt eine Rückmeldung zum Transfer zu erhalten. Der angebotene Transfer ist zudem sehr unflexibel und unnötig teuer. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ist Folgendes aus unserer Sicht nicht akzeptabel: • Am Pool und Strand gibt es weder Wasser noch Handtücher. Die Handtücher liegen ausschließlich im Zimmer und müssen ständig mitgenommen werden. • Trinkwasser ist nicht inklusive und muss gekauft werden. • Die Preise im Hotel sind grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings sind die Getränkegläser extrem klein – etwa halb so groß wie üblich. • Das Frühstück ist okay, aber nichts Besonderes. Kaffee gibt es ausschließlich am Automaten zur Selbstbedienung, häufig mit Warteschlange. • Der Service ist insgesamt selten wirklich präsent und meist auf das absolute Minimum beschränkt. Sehr empfehlenswert ist das Dorf hinter dem Hotel mit leckerem Essen, guten Preisen und schöner Atmosphäre. Insgesamt stimmt für uns das Preis-Leistung nicht.

Be warned: a stay at this resort was booked fraudulently through Expedia. Both Expedia and Saii Phi Phi Island were not helpful. Saii told me to contact Expedia, KNOWING that Expedia had just contacted their resort about the fraud. Neither were helpful in resolving the unauthorized charge so I had no choice but to contact my credit card about it. Be careful out there. Saii Phi Phi Island management chose to keep the money that I never authorized for a stay there and Expedia wasn't useful either in working with this resort to resolve the fraud.

A very relaxing stay at a great location. We went together with my partner, and really enjoyed our time there. The nature there is absolutely beautiful, a lot of things to do around the island as well. The only downsides - the cleaning is quite slow and doesn't happen until the later half of the day, limited water supply in the room, and the food is a bit overpriced relative to the surrounding cafes in the village.

Maria at front desk was excellent during check in & check out. Bas helped transport our luggage and very helpful. Although it was difficult to get to this resort, once you arrive it’s just amazing and beautiful. We did 1/2 day excursion (boat) it was wonderful and the staff were great. I would recommend this place.

EXCELLENT!!!!! I cannot say enough about how incredible our stay was. From the second your feet hit their property, you are greeted, taken care of and set up for success to enjoy the gorgeous property and amenities available. The rooms were wonderful, bed was comfortable, pool/beach/chairs available and in great condition, amenities were 5 star, hike to viewpoints from property was a fun adventure.. we were there over Christmas Eve & Christmas which they hosted a huge celebration & was so great for our daughter. The staff was superb. The best part of our stay, so helpful, welcoming & genuinely happy we were there. You can bike around the island, play tennis, swim, take a boat, etc. 100000/10 we look forward to coming back!! We left feeling like a breath of fresh air and a body full of peace. Thank you!!!!

This place has everything ready for you to relax and enjoy the quiet views of the sea. We got a oceanfront room. It was spacious and pristinely clean. The AC was not working properly and they fix it in no time. The resort has their own app and you can do everything there. From ordering food to booking tours or request a buggy if you don’t feel like walking around the huge property. The staff was amazing and friendly. Definitely a place to recommend.

The facility was great and it was beautiful and it did offer a number of amenities but I will be honest the service wasn’t the greatest. I felt as if as a paying customer I was constantly being treated like I was a burden for asking for things like “extending my say” I don’t want to generalize and say it was all the workers there was a man named “Chan” who had a very passive aggressive attitude with me and other people there. I understand that it’s a 5 star resort and it is on the pricier side but it constantly felt like they were also trying to capitalize on the necessities you’ll need because it is on an isolated island. (Word of advice go to the local village for things like pharmacy needs, cosmetic and booking boats and excursions it’s 10 times cheaper.) At the resort they will do things like charge nearly 30$ for a bottle of sunscreen at the gift shop because they know you’ll need it. Going back to this I tried to extend my stay with them and Chan told me I was going to have to pay double the original price if I wanted to stay another night I quickly went online and saw that it was half the price that he quoted and just immediately felt quite put off and like he was doing whatever possible to milk us financially when we are already being generous and willing customers. I was in a group of four people and everyone in my group had stomach issues after eating at the breakfast buffet so that was a problem as well.
