Great location with many bars and restaurants nearby. The ferry pier and the beach were easily walkable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and there were at least 20 sun loungers to use. Breakfast was ok. The bed was very firm, it would not be to everyone's liking.

Good Hotel with Great Staff!

The staff were amazing and the hotel was pretty nice. That said the beds were pretty uncomfortable and the toilet required multiple flushes. It is somewhat understandable as Phi Phi is a fairly small island. Overall a good hotel.

Coco Bella is in an excellent location on Phi Phi island. Right in the centre of everything! The staff were lovely, and the hotel was very clean. The room was clean however, very small, has ac but no fan, the bed was very hard and you can not flush the toilet paper (might be the same for all hotels on the island). The buffet was also very limited however they did have a menu of food which you could order from at a cost.

Decent hotel, but horrible sound isolation

The hotel was great, and the room was spacious and nice. However, the party from the beach felt like it was right next to our bed - there was little to none sound isolation. It was very hard to sleep due to the noise. Staff was really nice and pool is great

Highly recommend a trip to Phi Phi.

It was a nice place to stay for a few days. The AC did not work very well though, even after they “fixed” it. Phi Phi is a great place to visit and the locals are very friendly. I highly recommend visiting there. The scuba diving was good. I recommend going through Princess Divers.

Good stay with coco

Good stay at coco. Beds are comfortable. With bungalow you will hear the music from the clubs at night and also the shower had very low pressure. Besides that I enjoyed my stay, and I would have no problem staying here again. Very central.

Easy to walk to lots of dining, shopping, the port, etc. The only problem I had was that in our room, right on the top of my pillow was a decent size piece of broken glass, like a piece of mirror. I didn't mention it to the front desk since we were there for one night only.

Stay away - awful hotel

Such a horrible hotel! The bed feels like laying on a pile of wood. The staff is VERY unfriendly, and unable to reach them to book a boat to here, they don’t answer. When I asked them about it, they said they were busy, even though they were all on their phone as we entered the reception. The pool area feels dirty. The room is old, the shower was awful. Only good part was the balcony but the view was directly into another room. Stay away from this awful hotel.
