Good location and cool vibe for accommodation. The bathtub on the balcony was a nice touch, though the water didn’t quite get hot enough. The bed was comfy and room cleaned well by the staff, they kept in touch via WhatsApp for any support / local recommendations / transport arrangements. The view from the pool/restaurant is incredible and worth heading up for. The only downsides were the pool has no working shower so people are getting in dirty, and we did have to ask a few times for bugs/leaves to be cleaned out. The restaurant food also wasn’t great and the breakfast selection wasn’t worth shouting about so we ate at local restaurants most of the time. Monkeys are hanging around a lot, they’re very cheeky and harmless but you have to keep an eye on your food and they do jump around in the trees/run across your roof at night.
