Property is okay, Staff is very friendly and host is nice too Only real issue is there are ants everywhere be it in breakfast or your bed or cupboard Although i understand that since the location is in tropical garden, They should maintain hygiene in breakfast atleast It was not good to see ants in plate while eating There is some construction going on right now so pool is closed which was not informed earlier other than these two issues, I think everything else was good

The owner is super helpful and accommodating! He also helped us book transfers to another island! We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and neat the rooms were (the cleanest and best maintained place we’ve stayed at)! Plus you’re super close to a lovely beach! We would totally stay here again!

We had a lovely stay, however this is a hotel not a resort. The only thing to do at the hotel is be in your room. No restaurant, bar, lawn chairs or anything else. The front desk was seldom open even though it says open 8-18:00, we felt like we needed to buy water in bulk because the free water filling station is in the reception and it was not accessible most of the time. The bungalows were great so if you aren’t looking to be social and just want to walk to the beach this is a great option.

I had the pleasure of staying at Matcha Lanta Resort over Christmas, and it was the perfect holiday escape! The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere with a nice beach just steps away, making it ideal for relaxation. The nearby restaurants and bars added so much charm to the experience, offering a variety of options for dining and drinks. What truly stood out was the thoughtful touch from the staff they surprised us with a beautiful Christmas gift filled with goodies for our stay. It made the holiday feel even more special and showed how much they care about their guests. Everything was well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with access to great local spots and incredible hospitality, Matcha Lanta Resort is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

Matcha Lanta var drevet av et fransk par, som virket Ä ha overoppsyn med det meste. Merkbart litt bedre kvalitet pÄ lÞsningene de har valgt for Ä gi litt bedre komfort. Vi hadde desverre kontinuelig regn de dagene vi var der, sÄ kan ikke si sÄ mye om strandfasilitetene, annet enn at den var 50 m unna. Vi leide motorsykler, som er billig, og fikk sett oss litt rundt fÞr vi dro videre.

Das GelĂ€nde ist aufgerĂ€umt aber drumherum vermĂŒllt

Die HĂŒhner auf dem ganzen GelĂ€nde mögen zwar lustig sein, jedoch hat uns das KrĂ€hen der vielen HĂ€hne schon frĂŒh morgens gehört. Das Resort GelĂ€nde wurden von den zwei MĂ€nnern jeden Tag gefegt, Hecken geschnitten und fast jedes Blatt einzeln aufgehoben aber um das Resort herum und der Weg zum Strand ist alles vermĂŒllt. Auch wenn das GelĂ€nde nicht mehr zum Resort gehört könnten die MĂ€nner doch ab und an auch den MĂŒll mal einsammeln. Es macht einen schlechten Eindruck wenn man als Gast ĂŒber den ganzen MĂŒll zum Strand laufen muss.

Bruno le propriétaire (un français ) est trÚs avenant ! Les bungalows sont tout neufs et trÚs jolis. La belle plage a proximité avec restaurant, bar, chaises longues. Je recommande !

Nah am Strand. Zugang schwierig mut dem Buggy da sehr holprig und unwegsam aber das kann man mit einem etwas weiteren Fußweg umgehen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, waren uns jedoch zu dunkel. Babybett kostet extra. FrĂŒhstĂŒck gibt es hier keins aber drum herum findet man was wenn man etwas lĂ€uft. Strand eher steinig. Service war gut. Die Umgebung war relativ laut (Hauseigener Hahn, Gebetshaus, Bars und die Hauptstraße). FĂŒr unser Inselhopping mit zwei kleinen Kindern okay.
