国人多入住，店主友善程度有待改善
酒店员工与泰国其他地方的友善微笑态度有一段距离，房间还可，私人沙滩不可游泳，很多石头，但环境不错，千万别在酒店的租车处租小汽车，叫回的车1200猪一天，车又旧又残，及后还不诚实，只行了50公里，还车时让他加回油却收30升油钱。真不爽，没法，言语不通，护照被压，只有哑忍

房间和网站显示一致，酒店位置也很好。晚上在酒店的沙滩上吃晚餐，味道好也不贵！

超高性价比的酒店
老实说，这家酒店的价格性价比极高。地处兰塔岛中部，推荐几家酒店，MIAMI、LANTA SAND以及LANTA PURA，我个人比较喜欢MIAMI。酒店有小三层以及独栋别墅，独栋别墅在前，小三层在后。家庭出行建议独栋，注重性价比的小情侣可以住小三层。我们在三楼的阳台都能看到波光粼粼的大海，赏心悦目。酒店有私家沙滩，早上在海边吃个早餐（早餐180b/人），晒晒太阳也是极好的，晚上躺在沙滩上喝点鸡尾酒，听听海浪看看星星，感觉是这段时间最无忧无虑的日子！酒店泳池很干净，如果不是酒店顾客前来游泳的话，需要250B。总体而言，还是很喜欢这儿的，至少海边近在咫尺。

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Lanta Miami Resort. Wir waren im September in der Nebensaison dort und entsprechend ruhig war es in der Unterkunft und am Strand, teilweise waren wir alleine. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das wahnsinnig nette und hilfsbereite Personal. Das Restaurant des Hotels bietet eine große Auswahl an Speisen, es war alles lecker. Touren und Transfers können direkt bei der Unterkunft gebucht werden und auch ein Rollerverleih ist direkt dort. Es liegt direkt am Meer und auch der Pool ist schön. Preis-Leistung ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Zwei Nächte Zimmer, zwei Nächte Bungalow. Im Zimmer hat alles super funktioniert, aber die Matratze war sehr, sehr hart! Im Bungalow hat nicht alles so gut funktioniert, so ließ sich die Dusche beispielsweise nicht richtig regeln, dafür war die Matratze sehr viel bequemer. Wenn was fehlte, hat man mir das sofort besorgt. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Et rigtig dejlig sted ned til en dejlig strand. Omgivelserne på hotellet var virkelig hyggelige og personalet meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Værelset var også rigtig fint med meget plads og der var rent og pænt. Morgenmaden var også rigtig god.

Fuier, cet hôtel est une publicité mensongère. Très mauvais rapport qualité-prix, l'hôtel n'a rien d'exceptionnel, les chambres sont vétustes. Le manager de l'hôtel est agressif, peut serviable et peu acceuillant avec sa clientèle. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec Wi-Fi, mais cela ne fonctionnait pas, ayant absolument besoin de celle-ci nous avons demandé une chambre avec Wi-Fi. Nous avons eu une nouvelle chambre vétuste, remplie d'insecte, avec en prime des toilettes bouchées. Nous sommes allé a la réception pour signaler le problème, le manager nous a très mal parlé même presque agressé car nous avions signalé à Expedia cette mésaventure. Le lendemain le manager nous a jetté dans la première chambre nous disant que le Wi-Fi serait là, en effet il était les 15 minutes... L'ambiance était pesante, le manager très agressif nous avons décidé de partir 2 nuits avant notre checkout, celui-ci refuse de nous rembourser, fait par d'une très grande malhonnêteté ! Hôtel à fuir Il n'y a pas grand-chose à faire dans les alentours.

Helt ok hotell, bara för lite solstolar, och för stelt, man fick typ inte flytta på de solstolar som finns vid polen, alltså inte ens vrida på dom. Hårda sängar men jättegod mat i restaurangen.

We liked the location on one of the best beaches in Ko lanta close to restaurants and bars.offered good scooters to rent at 250 batt a day and laundry service.Nice pool but people left towels on bed at 7am and didn’t arrive until 11am.Also non residents were using the pool so was noisy.Nice mace but they need to monitor pool and not allow this to happen .our deluxe sea view room was on third floor with no lift and a view of bungalow stood tops and sky so not great

Läget på stranden är ett plus. Frukosten hade dåligt med pålägg men däremot bra utbud av bröd. Själva hotellet helt ok men inget mer (tur man inte är kräsen). Själva Lanta är ett återkommande reseobjekt då det har sin charm och mycket lite hade ändrats sen sist.

Positiv: Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, insgesamt sehr schöne Anlage mit perfekter Lage zum Strand. Frühstücksauswahl sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Negativ: Das Badezimmer ist schon sehr spartanisch ausgestattet, es fehlen ein paar Dinge. Der Save war kompliziert zu bedienen und hat dann auch nicht richtig verschlossen. Abfalleimer fehlen leider komplett im Aussenbereich des Resors. Hier muss unbedingt nachgerüstet werden, der Umweltschutzgedanke ist eher im Hintergrund.Man muss sich den Abfall im Grunde immer mit ins Zimmer tragen oder man geht extra auf die Toiletten, dort gibt es wenigstens 2 kleine Eimer. Insgesamt Note 3 :-)

Avis mitigé Tout d’abord, le réceptionniste n’est pas des plus agréable. Les bungalow sont vieillissants et les salles de bain pas fonctionnelles (aucun endroit pour accrocher les serviettes) de plus très mal aérées. Le bac à douche en gravier très peux hygiénique. La literie est dure. Le Petit déjeuner n’a rien d’exceptionnel. La piscine est belle et grande mais plus fraîche que la mer. Restaurant assez bon. L’emplacement du Miami est vraiment bien par rapport à d’autres hôtels situés de l’autre côté de la route. De nombreux restaurants, bar et agences aux alentours

We found the resort to be clean, and well maintained, but the food being served in the restaurant was not good. The breakfast that was included was fine, but we didn't like any of the food that we ordered from the menu. We also found it a little isolated from other amenities.

Rent og pent resort rett ved stranden
Rent og fint lite resort rett ved stranden. Ok frokost og god restaurant, alt rett ved stranden. Stranden er steinete ved lavvann men ellers bra, fint å bade her. Ikke veldig sentralt men flott sted for å slappe av hele dagen, skal man ut for å utforske området er det scooter utleie tilknyttet hotellet.

Considering that this is a 3 star hotel, it’s really great! Located right at the Klong Nin beach. We booked rooms in the mountain wings, which is located on the other side of the road and separated from the hotel area. Still a good deal considering the price and that the rooms are new and clean, but it’s not sea front, which is probably why many guests stay at Miami. The hotel area is clean and the staff very friendly. The beach is great with few people on it. Only downside is the lack of shade, in the afternoon it’s impossible to find somewhere to sit if you don’t have a sunbed ( have to get up before 8am to reserve one) or want to hang out in the restaurant. This needs to be fixed somehow especially since the hotel expanded the number of rooms by building the mountain wing. The pool area is nice through and I also recommend the massage place connecting to the hotel area! I could imagine coming back but would book one of the sea facing bungalows.

Nous avons eu la surprise d'être logé dans l'annexe de l’hôtel à 300 m dans la montagne. Il n'est pas indiqué dans la réservation que l’hôtel est pourvu d'une annexe éloigné de l’hôtel sans piscine et accès mer. Très déçu car il a fallu se déplacer pour profiter de l'infrastructure de l’hôtel (piscine, restaurant, ..)

Ett trevlig hotell.
Hotellet är välskött med väldigt bra personal och ett av de trevligare poolområdena på de hotell vi varit på i Ko Lanta. Något ont om stolar när hotellet är fullbelagt vilket det ofta är. Hotellet har ett tillhörande annex som ligger 2-300 meter från hotellet som man kunde varit tydligare med i informationen. De rummen är dock fräscha och billigare, men man kommer för långt bort för att orka gå fram och tillbaka till rummet flera gånger under dagen. Trevlig bar och bra mat.

Fick egentligen ingen uppfattning om vid bokningen att vårt rum var i en helt avskild byggnad 300 meter bort längs en grusväg, bort från resorten. Det stod bara mountain view på alternativet. Och den utsikten var inte ens rätt. Personalchefen var dock väldigt behjälplig och hade god service. Återkommer gärna men då i huvudbyggnaden.
