The pool-area, views and terrace was beautiful. Very calm and serene. Breakfast was really good aswell, but there was a few things that could have made the experience 10/10 instead. Several small things such as no parasol at the pool that seems to be easily fixed was not possible. You must also rent a scooter as there is no restaurant available for lunch or dinner, and it is located a bit off so it was a bit scary to walk in the dark and with traffic.

Great location

Great location right at the Ocean side if you book Ocean front. Friendly staff, good pool and nice breakfast. But rent a scooter/motorbike to get around as there are not Many shops or restaurants nearby.

Great views of sunset from the bed in our private unit! Very close to some fun beach bars but you’ll need to cross a few feet of wet and rocky beach to get there. No room service or vending machines so stock-up on water and snacks.

Lovely individual detached chalets overlooking the ocean. Clean & comfortable and no other hotels is sight. Scooter, motorcycle or car rental on site. Very nice staff. Restaurant serves good food - try it!

Great spot, peaceful with an ocean view. Kind staff and everything in koh Lanta is close so easy to explore around but not in the bustling pier area. Didn’t try the breakfast but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had great water pressure.

Our stay at this resort was amazing. The view was gorgeous from our “corner villa”, right off the beach giving a panoramic view of the ocean. The pool was wonderful, very clear and kept clean. Breakfast had great options and a great view as well. Great value for what you pay. We also rented a scooter from the resort that was 250bht per day and worked great. We will definitely stay here again one day.

Lacking all basic amenities, property in old condition and poorly maintained. Restaurant is surprisingly awful with the food quality. Breakfast buffet is never refilled so go when it opens or starve. Beautiful view.

The view from our cabana was terrific overlooking the sea. The size was good for both of us. Was very peaceful and quiet during our 4 days there. Areas not so enjoyable was not having an easy way to get to my cabana from the lower walkway other than climbing a steep embankment. An area for improvement is for the restaurant to have the foods available that are listed on the menu. We purchased many different meals next door at a very small husband/wife on the beach since they had what we wanted.

Stunning Views in Koh Lanta

This resort has tremendous natural beauty. With some upgrades it could be outstanding. The food was excellent and the staff were helpful and kind. The room was fine except the AC couldn’t keep up so the room was consistently too warm. Not good for the tropics. The shower had only cold water and the television never worked. All that said, our stay was overall a good experience.

Rooms more run down than in pictures - bathroom particularly in need of a refurb. No hot water during stay (and not sorted after mentioned to reception). Breakfast to order not buffet as in picture. Having said this view from property is lovely and the area around it is great, really quiet and lovely cafes and massage place next door on the beach. Also for the price I would still say good value so all in all would stay again.

This hotel has allot of potential but feels like someone built it and walked away. We stayed in a villa with a private pool. From what we could tell from the photos looked like it was going to be an amazing place to stay but we got there check in was slow, the restraint was closed for maintenance, the swim up bar closed for maintenance and the main pool should have been closed for maintenance as there were tiles falling off the wall and floor of the pool with a sign strategically placed saying watch for sharpe edges. Our room had a sofa that used to be white but full of stains and the bathroom was moderately clean. On a positive note we did enjoy evening dips in the private pool and the bathroom is nice and large, and beds were good. The resort itself lacks character and is located in an awkward place on the island between 2 busy beaches so you have to rent a scooter or pay lots for a taxi, beach is rocky and the grounds are not well kept. With that said I believe there is better places on the island for the same or less than what we paid so I don’t think we will return

Not quite there

Would be great if it were run better. All the things needed are in place, but lacking attention to detail. The views are amazing, but they don’t do anything about the mosquitoes, so it’s unbearable to be outside to watch the sunset. The rooms are nice, but we’re missing things like soap and hand towels in the bathroom. The staff acts friendly, but mostly offers solutions that cost extra money. That act like cleaning your room is a hassle. The breakfast has lots of mediocre options -wish they had half the options, but made them better. The pool is a good size, but not filtered, so quite buggy and dirty by the end of the day. English skills are weak and that is understandable, but difficult on an island that doesn’t have much without paying for expensive taxi rides. We scheduled a driver to take us to the airport at checkout and the hotel tried to get us to hurry up and leave an hour before we scheduled it. We obviously weren’t ready, so that driver left. And they didn’t contact a replacement until we asked. They said they wanted to leave early in case of traffic, but even with leaving at our originally planned time, we were at the airport 3 hours early, so I think it was a mild scam. Anyway, the property has good bones, but too many little problems to be truly relaxing.

Not the ultimate luxury

Front desk closes at 9PM. No decaf coffee or hot chocolate at breakfast. Sink in bathroom was not draining and was not fixed upon request. Staff left my room unlocked so the A/C could run because they do not have spare keys to bungalows. You need to jump over a stream to reach nearby restaurants. Staff is friendly but their English is limited. Beach has many rocks covered with moss at low tide. Was advised to go to neighboring beach for coral reef snorkeling from shore, but no reef visible. Water had many tiny jellyfish without tentacles that did not seem to sting but made swimming less enjoyable.

Great room great pool also great spot if you want to be close to the "city" with a mopped but far enough that its calm. Also the beach aint really a beach but there is 2-3 spots to eat and get a massage 5min walk from the hotel.
