Great pools and location, but outdated

Nice ourdoors area with big and fun pools. Super close to the beach with the best sunset. The staff is very polite and helpful. But overall the rooms are outdated, with a very strong smell of cleaning supplies. The aircondition is old and pointing directly at the bed, so we ended up with a bad throat infection the first day here (but 3rd week in Thailand). Talked to other guest who had experienced the same.

Very nice swimming pool and it right next to the beach. The room is very big. I came during the low season, in August. However, the beach are full with trash everywhere. Very disappointed that the hotel on this beach doesn’t care about it. They should clean the trash everyday. Monsoons that I stay at a nice hotel but the beach view covers by trash.

It’s not to fare to give a review at this time. Because Covid pandemic is about to overcome for many places in the world. Koh Lanta was big hit by pandemic and not yet to overcome. This hotel is so beautiful and nice design for all rooms. However, management need to forcus on customer's review. The fitness is very small and air-condition was not working and many os the machine are broken. Since they have many foreigher stay and want to use fitness, they need to fix it. many people were complained about it before.

Renovation needed 5 years ago

The hotel really need an renovation and somebody taken care of maintenance. Everything is falling apart, umbrellas by the pool, tiles by the pool (which they just put back without clue...), curtains in the room is from the early 90s and can only make the room 60% dark, Breakfast is below average for example no fresh juice and the overall smell around the breakfast area is very bad. It is even at the level, one baby feel thru the safety rack from the first level down in the pool, lucky she survived without any damage. Until renovation is happening, would not recommend to stay here, suggest to pick one of many other bungalow hotels around Koh Lanta with 3 stars and 100% better maintained.

Sauberes Hotel aber es braucht eine Renovierung.

5 Sterne war das Hotel mal. Es ist sauber aber es braucht mal eine Renovierung. Wahrscheinlich hat sich das schon rum gesprochen weil das Hotel so gut wie leer war, und das in der High Saison. Frühstück war sehr gut. Die 2 riesigen Pools sind echt Klasse. Das Personal war sehr nett, aber das hab ich in Thailand auch noch nicht anders erlebt.

Hotellin sijainti on hyvä. Kävelynatkan päässä monista paikoista. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja riittävä. Huone tilava ja siisti toki ajan hammas näkyy. WiFi:n toiminta hotellialuella/huoneessa oli heikko. Allasalue oli iso eikä ruuhkaa sattunut kohdallemme. Voisimme jopa tulla uudestaan käymään täällä, jos tänne suuntaan uutta matkaa.

Gutes Resort direkt am Khlong Dao Beach

Perfektes Resort zum Relaxen direkt am Khlong Dao Beach. Genügend Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Das hoteleigene Restaurant ist nicht so toll. Frühstück ist aber gut und ausreichend. Tolle Pools und Poolbars. Nicht Überlaufen (zumindest in der Nebensaison Nov.)

Bra hotell med underbara pooler. Sängarna sköna. Rummen stora och jättefina. Balkongen jättefin. Frukosten fanns allt till och med ost! Mycket solstolar vid havet. Mindre bra Wi-Fi dålig uppkoppling, inget varmvatten i duschen. Träningsanläggning fina maskiner men dom flesta trasiga.

Die Lage ist super, direkt am Strand und die Stadt auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Wunderschöne parkähnliche Anlage. Sehr vielfältiges Frühstücksbufett auch mit leckerem Thaifood. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das ChaDa gern weiter empfehlen.

Familjesemester

Hotellet har ett bra läge på Klong Dao och nära Saladan. Vårt rum (Guld/Silver) var rymligt och välstädat. Området och poolerna sköttes och städades dagligen, personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam så i överlag en bra vistelse.
