The room needs update and was not clean the bathroom is dirty,old en not fresh its very load also and much mosquitos. Pool was ok. Beds in the pool very hard, they need to put matras in it Beach was good. People at the reception not to nice but at the restaurant was friendly Restaurant closes early at night. Overall little bit disappointed about the hotel

The rooms were clean. The pool was nice, the sea too. The hotel offers great massages. The breakfasts were not very good, there was little food and what was left at 8:30 in the morning was often not replenished. I wrote to the accommodation a few weeks in advance that we needed cots. The reception did not respond to my request. They did not care. My son had to sleep on the floor on a mattress because cots were not currently available. We were not satisfied in this regard

Fint med bra läge på stranden

Fint hotell med bra läge på stranden. Enkel frukost. Något dyra rum i förhållande till nivå på boende. Bra utbud av goda smoothies och smårätter vid poolen. Fantastiska iced latte! Underbara solnedgångar. Väldigt få som åt på restaurangen på hotellet. Få solstolar. Gäster var ute och paxade stolar före 0600. Skolklasserna med barn som bodde på hotellet tre dagar som fullkomligt tog över både poolområdet och stranden under dessa dagar drar ner betyget.

Hôtel très chère pour une chambre lamentable.

Nous avons séjourné trois nuits pour 185€ dans cet hôtel, et l’expérience a été très décevante. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté un manque flagrant d’entretien dans la chambre : • Propreté inexistante : sol poussiéreux, oreillers tachés, lambris arraché, murs et papier peint sales. Sous le lit, un véritable nid à poussière. • Salle de bain problématique : douche impossible à régler, soit glaciale, soit brûlante. • Mauvais état des équipements : la climatisation était défectueuse et ne pouvait pas être orientée, rendant la pièce inconfortable. • Isolation catastrophique : impossible de dormir correctement avec le bruit de la rue et des chambres voisines. De plus, la lumière entrait de partout (rideaux peu occultants, jour sous la porte). • Problème d’insectes : la porte du balcon laissait un large espace, permettant aux moustiques et autres insectes de rentrer. • Hygiène douteuse : ma serviette de piscine avait un chewing-gum collé dessus, ce qui en dit long sur le manque de soin apporté au linge. Seul point positif : la piscine, qui était propre et agréable. Face à tous ces problèmes, nous avons demandé un changement de chambre, mais l’hôtel a exigé un supplément, ce que nous avons refusé. Résultat : aucun effort de leur part et nous sommes restés dans la même chambre. En résumé, une très mauvaise expérience, un hôtel qui ne mérite absolument pas ses étoiles. À éviter !

Hotell? Mer som ett hostel

Inte prisvärt. För få sittplatser vid poolen, även när man säger till personalen att det paxas platser tas inget ansvar att styra en enkel skylt. AC låter som en lastbil på tomgång. Underhållsrenovering gjordes mitt på blanka dagen vid poolen utan hänsyn till gästerna med högljudda maskiner.

Bo inte här om du är lättväckt. Otroligt högljut, ingen ljudisolering överhuvudtaget!! Man hörde folk göra sina behov på toan in till sitt egna rum, när man öppna och stängde dörrarna så skaka hela sängen. För priset är vi väldigt missnöjda. Det enda som va bra va sängen,läget och personalen. THATS IT!!

Fick rum vid vägen, rummet hade fönster som ej gick att stänga, så därav hörde man exakt vartenda ord som sas ute på gatan och alla bilar hela natten. Stenhårda sängar vilket vi normalt ej brukar ha problem med men detta var som att ligga på en planka. Inte särskilt trevlig personal heller tyvärr. Kan inte rekommendera till någon. Ej värt priset. Frukost får 0/10.

Litet familjärt hotell med olika standard på rummen, skön säng för att vara i Thailand. Välj deluxe rum eller bungalow för utsikt mot poolen och havet. Mycket livat mot gatan med en bar mittemot. Två plaststolar på balkongen, inget bord. Inget duschdraperi. Trist frukost, inget pålägg, men många thairätter. Magert utbud av frukt. Nära till Saladan. Poolområdet var fint, inga dynor på solstolar, liten pool där det stundvis var väldigt livat med bollspel. Stolarna reserverades redan vid 06-tiden av stora sällskap.

Trevligt hotell med fin men något sliten pool. Ligger på stranden med gott om restauranger precis utanför, 7/11 presis utanför på gatan... Helt okay frukostbuffe! Dock är Lanta i april är lite öde 😊

Utslitt hotell, skittent, elendig oppførsel på personale. Skal være et familie hotell, men det var viktigere at en gruppe thailendere hold kareokefest med skrik og skrål som forstyrret de betalende gjester. Elendig holdning og administrasjon ikke lydhør for klager. Hold dere unna dette hotellet.

Fantastic holiday !

We stayed in the room looking towards the sea. What a fantastic experience the views were awesome. The staff and the facilities are great, staff are nice and friendly and always very helpful. The restaurant was closed due to not enough customers I think because of the crisis, but it didn't matter because we were sent to the cafe next door for a delicious breakfast every morning. We will be returning next year, so much quieter and spread out more than samui etc.
