酒店不错尤其是没什么人拥挤的海滩。风景很漂亮，酒店的总体布置也很好。别致，精致。 服务也不错。进门有个带你名字的欢迎的提示牌。搞得挺重视的。 尤其是晚餐时的夕阳、现场伴唱、还有6点到七点的免费饮料和水果点心。

Un hôtel qui ne mérite sûrement pas ses 4 étoiles ! Manque total d’entretien des équipements et espaces communs : gravats, ancien matériel cassé et abandonné, carrelage cassé (lobby, restaurant), sièges rafistolés et sales au restaurant … L’état général de l’hôtel est épouvantable. Tout cela est bien dommage car l’endroit est calme et les bungalows sont plutôt agréables

Very well presented hotel, rooms are good size, the grounds are very well maintained. Good swimming pool...and scenic walks. The location lets it down, its isolated and a long way from the to white sands beach area. We were here 2 nights, had I booked longer I think in all probability I would have checked out early.

This property has a lot of potential. Unfortunately a lot of the gardens are over grown and the facilities not well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the view of the beach is amazing. Our shower did not work on arrival but was quickly fixed by maintenance.

Beliggenheden var god,et stille område,flot natur.. Men langt fra shoppe muligheder,så man er afhængig af bil eller scooter/motorcykel. Stranden så pæn ud,men meget lav vandet,og en ubehagelig svampetbund. Det værelse vi fik,var i dårlig stand,trængte virkelig til renovering. Håndtaget til toilet virkede ikke ordenligt, så vandet løb tit når man havde trukket,proppen til håndvasken,var der hul i,så man ikke kunne fylde håndvasken. Adgangsvej til barakken, var dårlig,decideret farlig når det havde regnet.. Rengøringen var dårlig, en dag hvor der ikke var lagt betræk på hovedpude,lå bare på stolen,ikke vasket service af bare ladet det stå,ikke rengjort badekar eller håndvask,eller fejet ordentligt. Men en god morgenmad buffet. Tag det for det flotte beliggenhed, og roen. Og hvis du kan nøjes med poolen. Og hbis du lejer bil eller scooter, ligger det godt i forhold til at kørerundt på øen. Da det ligger midt på den vej der kører på hver side af øen.

Fantastisk sted på kho chang. Men det nangler litt på maten og på renholdet det er veldig mye påfuler der og de legger jo litt igjen etter seg. Ikke noe gøy å måtte passe på hele tiden hvor man setter føttene. Og det ligger litt øde i forhold til service tilbudene rundt. Men husk å lei en scooter så kommer man seg litt rundt å få sett litt. Det er billig å leie på hotelet

Dreckige Zimmer, jeden Tag Ungezifer im Zimmer, Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, Licht ging nicht. Personal hat sich nicht um die Themen gekümmert. War mal ein gutes Hotel. Schade, dass man es hat verkommen lassen.

Was soll ich sagen? Fangen wir beim Frühstück an, da war Personal und es hab 4 verschiedene Kleidungen und die meisten waren bekleckert, durchgeschwitzt, nicht schön. So wurde natürlich auch darauf geachtet, ob es sauber ist , egal wo, natürlich nicht! Die Tische draußen wurden nicht eingedeckt, warum auch immer, obwohl fast alle draußen essen wollten. Es gab 2 kaffeevollautomaten, wie ich sie zu Hause habe für 2 Personen, d.h., es musste ständig Wasser aufgekippt werden, Bohnen nachgelegt werden oder der Behälter geleert werden. Bei einer Anlage dieser Größe kann man sich ja in etwa vorstellen was da los ist... Den halben Bungalow den wir bekamen mit Aufpreis ( nachdem ich in dem 1. Zimmer es keine 2 min ausgehalten habe ), war alt, wie alles in der Anlage. Alt ist ja nicht schlimm, aber pflegen und putzen und renovieren kann man aber und das wird dort nirgendwo gemacht. Ich hatte dem Zimmermädchen jeden Tag einen Zettel hingelegt ( 1 Woche lang), sie möge den Badewannen Stöpsel reparieren lassen, damit ich ihn auf bekomme : keine Chance ! Eine Woche lang lag vor der Toilette ein Riesenfussel, naja, wir können uns wohl vorstellen das der nächstes Jahr da noch liegt und ich mich frage ob die Toilette überhaupt jemals geputzt wird. Die Aussendusche hab ich nicht genutzt , sowas ekliges hab ich lange in einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht gesehen. Ich bin auch der Meinung das wir Bettwanzen hatten, da meine Haut nach der Nacht übersät war , die meines Mannes auch, mit den typischen st

A little tired hotel.. it is quit and realaxing, but pretty old. Everything is old and looks so... starting from old stile small TV in the room and finishing with the pool, chairs.. everything. Also you have to walk up and down the hill, pretty expensive restaurant on the beach with okey food, not like it’s goid, it’s okey.. and there are nicer beaches and nicer properties on Koh Chang.. also it is more then 2km away from the main road.. pretty far from everything... it is okey.. but can’t give it more then 3 points... there are more convenient located and better options in my opinion.. it’s Ok though.. the views are beautiful.

Ok ställe för några nätter
Hotell som ligger långt från allt. Finns dock shuttle 3 ggr om dagen till White Sand Beach. Upplevde rummet och restaurangen och hela området som smutsigt. Påtalade att balkongen inte städats, men inget hände på 2 dygn. Frukost som var ”sådär” , fanns ingen ost, tomaterna var jättesmutsiga. Området skulle behöva en rejäl uppfräschning och storstädning. Utsikten var mycket fin och restaurangen vid vattnet hade ett kanonläge. Priserna för höga där om man vet vad som betalas på andra restauranger.

Ruhiges Hotel zum geniessen
Wir bekamen direkt ein Upgrade mit einen Pool für 3 Bungalows. Leider hatte ich am 1.Tag mein Fuss verletzt. Der Sehr nette Juniorchef brachte mich sofort zum Doc. Essen war grandios und die Angestellten waren so nett. Werde sicher da zurückkehren.

sett sina bättre dagar.
Kan tycka att bilderna av detta hotell är ganska missvisande. Detta hotell har haft sina glansdagar. Även dess placeringen, solen går upp väldigt sent och ner väldigt tidigt för att detta ligger bakom ett berg. Sen finns det i princip ingen strand att tala om och vattnet är mycket mycket grumligt. Detta ställe gör inte koh Chang rättvisa. Visst, vill man bada på och sitta på sitt rum och dricka öl så är det väl en sak. Frukosten och personalen var mycket bra däremot. Vi stannade som tur bara en natt, drog så fort vi kunde dagen därpå.

Very disappointed. Be careful of room allocation
Sold as an upmarket beach hotel the marketing photos look great when I booked however we were given a tired small budget room at the end of the complex that had no bearing on the advertised rooms. Room was dark, bulb missing in ceiling light. Brown painted walls and dark old furniture. TV was old type with a poor quality picture. Bathroom had shower hose over the bath But bracket to hold the rose was 3ft above an old bath with dirty brown grout. The water was not hot and poor water pressure too Needless to say I gave the shower and bath a miss. Main reception was nice and staff helpful, pool are and beachfront nice and restaurant was smart with a nice breakfast. Overall our room was not as advertised so disappointed especially at the cost. It was advertised as 4 star hotel and we had a 2 star room. Maybe the rooms advertised are nice but the budget block is not mentioned.

Da vi tjekkede ind på dette “resort” var det som at rejse tilbage til 1980. Alt er gammelt og slidt. Vi havde booket én villa med 2 soveværelser. Vi fik 2 seperate værelser med en have imellem. Gik ned i receptionen og klagede. Vi fik en anden villa med 2 soveværelser i samme bygning. Alt er slidt og er ikke blevet renoveret eller vedligeholdt. Vi havde problemer med myrer på værelset. Receptionen og personalet kunne ikke gøre noget ved det efter gentagne gange at have klaget over det. Kan ikke anbefale ophold på dette “resort”

Gutes Hotel in Ruhiger Umgebung
Ruhig und abgelegen, allerdings keine weiteren Ausflug Möglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung. Das Hotel hat einen shuttle nach white sand beach, Rückfahrt nach abendessen nicht mehr mit shuttle möglich bzw mit Taxi. Im Gegensatz zur Erwartung wimmelte es dort nicht von Tierbesitzern (Hunde, Katzen o.ä.). Super FamilyHotel. Die Drinks werden nicht mit „zu viel Alkohol“ gemacht (z.B. ich hatte nach 3 long islands noch nicht viel gespürt, an anderen Orten wäre schon 1 Long Island zu viel für mich). Das Hotel hat für alle etwas: von der sehr einfachen, aber sauberen Unterkunft (mein Fall) Die sehr günstig war, bis zur Luxusunterkunft mit Privatpool. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen!

Fint hotell precis vid havet. Ingen ”fantastisk” strand men en liten sandplätt som det går att bada ifrån vid poolområdet. Stort hotellområde med ett hyfsat bra gym med ac! Gratis kajak och cykel erbjuds vid valfritt tillfälle. Fantastisk frukostbuffé! Minus var att hotellet ligger en bit från resturanger och från white sand beach, så taxi är ett måste. Det går att gå, men dåligt upplysta gator gjorde det lite mindre trevligt.

Hôtel un peu vieillissant mais très bien situé car permettant de faire les 2 côtés de l’île sans allers-retours perte de temps. Accueil chaleureux. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits avec changement de chambre car la première avait une clim faisant un bruit infernal la nuit. Petit déjeuner correct.

喜歡：整潔度、員工素質、住宿環境和硬體和客房舒適度
Fint og flott resort som absolutt anbefales! Litt avsides fra "sentrum" og ligger ca 1 km fra hovedveien. Så vis man vil til andre streder og strender som f eks lonely beach bør en leie moped. Shuttelbus går til White beach gratis. Veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig betjening som snakker greit engelsk. Perfekt plass å være vis man er på utkikk etter et behagelig og rolig sted.
