We only needed this as a rest stop for our trip so we choose it based on price, location, and the fact it advertised a free continental breakfast. When we went to the lobby to have breakfast before continuing our travels there was nothing there. We asked the person at the desk what time the breakfast was available. We were told with a smile that it would have been available at the time we showed up but they weren't offering it.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, bedsheets were clean and the shower pressure was good. The shower rack seemed ready to fall off the wall, The bed covering had 6 holes from cigarrete burns. The ceiling had a large bubble, ready to fall down from a water leak. The bottom of the front door had a large gap which allowed bugs to enter. The rooms have no sound proofing so you hear all traffic and talking noises from outside.

A good cheap room

We had a good stay. The room was mostly clean. The chair was stained but we didnt use it. There was no actual blanket on the bed, so it was a good thing we brought our own. Heat worked very good and the hot water was amazing. The bed was comfy. We did not see any rodents or bugs or any indication of either in the room. It needs a good paint job, some new drywalling in the bathroom, and just a good update to the rooms in general but for the price i couldnt have asked for more. There was a food truck in the parking lot that would have been awesome if we hadnt had dinner already!

Disappointedly Do-Able!!!

My stay was stay able only because Mahim whom worked the front desk was amazing. I felt welcomed and if I wasn't happy with let's say the entire room he would move me. Due to poor residency there were ample TV malfunctions and no remotes. Only one snack and one drink machine on site. Two ice machines and neither one of them worked.

The hotel was off the highway which was convenient. But the area around the hotel was dark. It was extremely rundown, with holes in the walls, cracks in the paint, cracks along the seam between the wall and the ceiling, towel bars broken. The person I shared the room with, their bed sloped down to the side, so they had to sleep on an angle to avoid rolling off the bed. There was a chemical smell in the room. The room heater worked, and the room was reasonably clean. For a room that could potentially fit four people, there was one bar of soap. They offered free breakfast online, but when I went to the reception desk, they said they no longer do breakfast at all. Overall rating for this hotel is terrible!

Beware!!

This place is the worst. The linens were full of holes and they were old and worn. The room was dirty and you could see light all around the door. The service was horrible and the staff acted indifferently. I will never stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

Saying that this is a dump it will be too positive. There are no words to describe how disgusting, filthy and dirty this place is. Hotels.com should be more careful of what they offer in the website.

The hotel needs a serious make over. The whole room was seriously gross. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept in.

The front desk person was rude checking me in, then told me even though I booked a king size bed the only room available was one with 2 single beds (I was sharing a bed with a my girlfriend so that was uncomfortable to sleep on), the comforter would be better off as a curtain it was so thin and uncomfortable. The room was dirty also.
