Amazing location, convenient to downtown theaters and restaurants. Staff was friendly. Room was a bit dated and one of the elevators wasn't working making the wait time (for 18th floor) very long. Note parking is an extra cost not included in the room.

I travel every Christmas holiday with my wife and this is the Best room I've slept in. Rooms left me speechless. Clean and very well taken care of.

Check in person was excellent. Facility however needs repairs. Carpets heavily stained, rips, marks on walls. Maintenance has been neglected. Was clean.
