「My daughter and I stayed here while in Columbus for a concert. The hotel is 3 mins from Nationwide arena. All of staff were awesome from the moment I arrived. Valet was great, as were the front desk reps and the coffee shop staff. Hotel is modern and rooms are clean. The lobby is so cozy. The area around the hotel is so nice and quiet with a park and COSI across the street. I want to stay here every time I’m in Columbus.」

「There was no shower curtain and no trash bags in the garbage cans, Although an associate did bring us what we needed. The room was dusty and the position of the shower head was weird. It was shoved in the corner and not centered. That wasn’t a big deal just weird. The restaurant was closed when it should have been open per the hrs of operation so we had to go across the street to the other hotel.
