「Personal durchwegs sehr höflich und hilfsbereit! Die "A la Cart" Restaurants sind super toll! Auch die Strandbar. Der Strand ist sauber und das Wasser glasklar! Wer es ruhig will, ist in dieser Familienanlage am falschen Ort. 」

「I have have stayed at Mitsis a few times and have always loved it. Ramira beach is nice and service is generally good (better in the bar than in the main restaurant) unfortunately the main restaurant is too small for the hotel and feels stressfull and the entertainment and the size of the area to watch it is not great and in my opinion is not in line with the Mitsis brand. Saying that for the price its a good entry level hotel Mitsis option but if you have been to others dont expect the same...

「Excellent position, fantastic views over the sea, sea room with a view a definite must,service by all staff excellent, All inclusive is definitely worth it.. Room were cleaned everyday free bottles of water…entertainment in the evening all meals had a dish for all, not friendly for people who have disabilities walking very hilly ,lots of stairs」

「Die Lage der Anlage ist toll. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt jedoch nicht. Bei unserem Urlaub sind so viele Dinge schief gelaufen, sodass wir am Ende einfach nur total enttäuscht waren. Wir kommen nicht wieder.」

「Sehr netter Empfang und Personal. Ich habe sogar zu meinem Geburtstag eine Aufmerksamkeit auf dem Zimmer erhalten. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Eines muss ich bemängeln, für Gäste die nur Frühstück gebucht haben, wird keinerlei Service am Pool angeboten. Man muss sich wirklich alles selber holen. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel sehr Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das die Wege für Ältere Personen sehr beschwerlich zu erklimmen sind, wussten wir zum Glück vorher. Ansonsten alles okay. 」

「Sehr sauber, sehr leckeres Essen, wunderschöner Strand (an einigen Abschnitten steinig, aber es gibt auch Abschnitte wo es nur sandig ist, man sollte am Strand einwenig schauen wo es am besten ist reinzugehen). Einfach und schnell mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen zum Hotel (ca 25EUR). Sehr nett am CheckIn Schalter als auch auf dem gesamten Hotelgelände (Restaurant, Bar etc) und viele Deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und einen wunderschönen urlaub gehabt.」

「Chambre spacieuse, propre mais mériterai une finition plus soignée et un rafraîchissement correct de la salle de bain, dommage qu'il ait encore des rideau de douche (niveau hygiène moyen). Matelas pas top. Personnel correct mais parle majoritairement anglais même à la réception. Petit buffet pas varié mais bonne cuisine. La salle du restaurant est trop petite par rapport au nombre de vacanciers. 」
