The parking situation was unclear, and I noticed a sign that mentioned no guests after 10 pm; I was unsure if that applied to residents or temporary visitors. It was relatively quiet at night, but noisy during the afternoon with some lively kids running up and down the stairs and hallway outside my room. 「Great view of ocean, stay here every time I come to New Smyrna. Unfortunately it’s great location for a corporate hotel more concerned with rates and what you owe vs. coustmer service. This year they have decided to charge you for parking (big sign at check in) and forgot to tell u ice machine is out on your floor and where to get it!」
