"房間感覺整齊，我們住在有屋頂的房間，有天窗，帶著小孩有多一個小床房間，地方寬敞舒適，人員親切，還有泳池桑拿，可惜我們沒有使用，在飯店能直接買楚格峰的車票，很方便。"

"The heating system is very warm. The staff is nice and the room is big. There are lots of restaurants nearby but due to Christmas holidays, only a few restaurants open. The breakfast is nice as well."

"Location is great! 5mins walk to the Zugspitze Bahnhof and 7-8mins walk to the main City Center with a lot of shops. Lidl is located just across the street with openings Mon-Sat 8-20hr. With a 5-10mins walk you can reach a lot of good restaurants. Very convenient. Hotel buffet breakfast is very nice with a lot of choices. The mountain view suite is enough big for 2 people and the room design is modern and new. The hot water is not stable though and the parking is expensive - the only two things not good enough for a 4-5 star hotel. Could have charged less to encourage people to park in the hotel's garage."
