「I love the rooms, location and staff. The airport is very close on non rush hour times. The only negative is that there aren't more rooms to stay in as this will fill up when the word gets out!」

「I received an email without start & comfort codes. I takes me about 1-hour to get into my apartment. It is also very inconvenience and expensive for a foreigner to make an emergency call. It will be charged as international phone call. The whole activation/access processes should be reviewed and improved.」

「This place is on “auto pilot” no one at reception. I could not find the app they recommended. Had to call Hotels to contact management, had to go to a coffee shop to pick up keys. Was tired and had to “troubleshoot” check in. Other than that the place was clean and in a great location. I’m all for “new” ways to improve, but I feel at this level a call to ppl that book to let them know “the process” 」
