「J'ai rarement vu un personnel aussi gentil et serviable. La vue sur le parc est superbe, avec des animaux sauvages qui passent alors qu'on déjeune. Vraiment très bel hôtel et les Safari étaient vraiment top.」

「The host was spectacular and the staff kind and helpful. Loved the Safari decor in the great hall. The rooms were really nice, good mini fridge, great tub and separate shower. The breakfast was delicious! Location was great- and secured entry onto the estate. Great place to walk about and see wild warthogs, kudu, steenbok and monkeys. It was a perfect spot to be to drive to all the animal places (endangered species center, Jessica the hippo, the elephant sanctuary/orphanage and the wildlife...

「這酒店在網上的資料介紹顯示鄰近機場，但我到達Kruger Airport 後才知道Kruger National Park 範圍內有兩個機場 (這酒店鄰近的是?Parabula Airport)！ 由Kruger Airport 去這酒店要花單程R3,000，四小時車程(那裡是沒有Taxi)！結果我要即時由Airline 職員幫忙，臨時找當地另一酒店，當時十分狼狽及徬徨。現時我已返回香港，希望可向酒店討回已付費用。」
