Friendly reception staff and nice rooms

Reception staff was super friendly. Bar/Restaurant staff was rude/uninterested with dealing with customers. Breakfast buffet was okay-ish but not really good. Room was great!

It was good, we didn’t read well enough to understand that it is actually a very modern hotel. We were looking for character more on this trip, and the outside and name sounded more like that. It was fine and comfortable (though tight, as most European hotel rooms are), but there were a few tiny issues that make me not want to say excellent. The staff were absolutely excellent though, and they actually had a few places for parking that we were lucky enough to access.

With only 2 teabags & 2 sugars it is hardly coffee/-tea making facilties in the room. Beds uncomfortable, bathroom too small for such a large shower. On a positive note; great location, excellent breakfast, okay staff, parking (paid of course) right outside.

It was a nice place to stay, but the plugs in the room were in a strange place. Bed was comfy, bathroom was nice and tidy. Breakfast was very nice. The place is very handy to walk around the town from, nice a peaceful area for the most part.

Fantastic view

What a view from our hotel room! I think one if the best to that price. Clean and nice room. Very good bed. Breakfast ok. Good location, close to the ferry to Smiltyne and also to the old town.

Do not recommend

Bed was like a couch sofa, hard. Loud all around us and after sleeping very poor- the coffee machine kept flipping the breaker box preventing anyone from having coffee. Breakfast was terrible too…do not recommend this place.

If you are a nautical buff or love d sea - you WILL love this lovely hotel managed by some amazing young boys n girls from Klaipeda. They were always going out of their way to help you LIKE d city and their hotel. Victoria at the front desk and the 3 'guys' (1 lady incuded) at d bar were fun to chat up. A lovely property on d harbour, witha lot of wind n Sun, if choose d season that is.

Nice and clean. Bed large, not most comfortable but ok. Minor irritation was no coffee in the room. Tea bags only and the fridge did not work so couldn't keep milk in room to make tea or coffee anyway. Breakfast was the most uninspiring selection I have ever had after 3 visits to Klaipeda at 3 hotels.

Zimmerservice findet nur im Auftrag statt, ohne diesen werden keine Betten gemacht oder Wäsche gewechselt. Frühstück ist allgemeiner Standard in Littauen. Parkplätze sehr teuer aber direkt vor dem Haus.
