Challenging visit

There are 3 parts in this hotel. We were in old building. There were strange smell in room - propably from carpet. Swimming pool & spa was outdated.

Optimal location, ok hotel

The location of the hotel made it easy for me to view the Sea Festival parade and to access the festivities. Parking was inexpensive and on-site, and staff was friendly. The fitness club was closed early on Saturday, so I couldn't use the pool or get a work-out, which is a shame because it looked like an excellent facility. The massage was very good and not costly, and again very convenient. The Sky Bar is a pleasure for the view and not expensive, even if the 1664 beer is not the genuine article. The room was not cleaned during my two-day stay. The elevators are old, creaky and small.

Hissen var lite obehagligt ryckig. AC i rummet fungerade inte så vi hade väldigt varmt. Långt till frukosten. Stor matsal med högt ljud. God och fräsch frukost och mycket trevlig personal. Spa:et var två bubbelstrålar och inte så rent vatten.

Hotellet var bra men det finns utrymme för flera förbättringar. Incheckningen gick smidigt men sen när vi kom till rummet var inte bäddsoffan uppbäddad plus att det saknades handdukar, det drabbade en annan familj i sällskapet också. Om man vill ha rummet städat sätter man upp en lapp på dörren vilket vi gjorde. Städningen innefattade; ta bort handdukar och kasta på täcket på sängen. Dom rengjorde ingenting, dammsög inte samt plockade bort använda glas. Vi klagade på det och efter en stund var rummet ordentligt städat. Frukosten var helt okej, det fanns det man behövde. Barnen älskade våfflorna med alla tillbehör. Det var rent och fint i matsalen. Poolen, bastu och gym var väldigt bra. Det var en skön temperatur i luften vid poolområdet så man kunde sitta och njuta i timmar. Poolen var dock lite för kall för min smak, men barnen badade i flera timmar. Hotellet ligger bra med promenadavstånd till vid flera restauranger. Jag skulle inte säga att hotellet är 4-stjärnigt utan mer 3-stjärningt. Överlag ett helt okej hotell för både familj och vänner.

Unser Zimmer war in einem Nachbargebäude was eher nach einem 70er Jahre Block ausgesehen hat und eigentlich auch so ausgestattet war. Für zwei Nächte schon ok aber für den Preis dann eigentlich doch zu viel. Bzw zu wenig.
