The resort is clean, and the staff are very welcoming. Since it’s low season, it was quiet and relaxing. Due to the strong waves and high winds, some garbage gets washed up on the shore, but the staff do a good job of cleaning it up. Because of its location, food options are limited, so plan accordingly. Tip: If you enjoy fruits, buy them from the fruit stands on the way to the resort—they’re much cheaper compared to the prices in Bangkok. Having the pool was a huge plus, especially when the beach wasn’t accessible.

Relaxing stay

Nice hotel staff are friendly nice location right on the beach. Hotel is a little tired and could do with some maintenance. Rooms are quite old with bad water not really any cold water in the bathroom and one minute it burns you then it’s colder with no pressure. Air conditioning in the rooms is noisy. Two swimming pools and a nice beach.

Overall this was a lovely stay. The rooms are clean and modern. Beachside spa services were excellent although a bit pricey. The beach is lovely here however isn’t cleaned up daily. We were charged for breaking a glass in the room. The pools were plentiful (hot tub, small cool pool, two large pools, and a kid friendly pool). Food onsite was very good and service of the whole staff was so friendly!

This is a nice hotel by the beach in Rayong a quiet part of Thailand good for families. The pools and grounds are nice. Several pools and a hot tub. Also, a good restaurant with Thai and Western food that is inexpensive and pretty good, right by the beach. Staff are friendly.

From the Japanese The hotel looks like it was built during the bubble period in Japan. Recommended for Japanese born in the Showa era.　 The view of the beach from the pool is fantastic. Table tennis, badminton, futsal, movie theater, and billiard room. It is recommended to stay here with a large group of people

Very clean room. Nice attention to detail, with room detail well presented. In particular the bathroom has been well maintained and looked after. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Good range of food available both onsite and across the road at one of the local restaraunts. With the beach meters away it makes for a great getaway.

The property is great for family stay. Great pools, easy access to the beach, and the beach is clean. My issue is more with Expedia. They listed the room as a sleeps 4. When we got to our room, there was room for only 2. We had to book another room which doubled my cost to stay.

I like Thailand less after my stay here.

This resort is for the guest who doesn’t mind a crowd. You should have a thick wallet due to the price level at the resort. You should also not have anything getting up at 5 am to chase a sun bed. You should also don’t mind a noisy environment as the resort turns out to be a night club in the weekends. You should not be a breakfast person. Breakfast here is poor and overpriced. Be prepared on using the hotel’s expensive taxis . Grab doesn’t pick up at the hotel. This is placed out in nowhere. Be sure to bring what you need from the supermarket in Rayong. I liked Thailand less after my stay here.

Nice location, but used for conferences

Nice hotel, friendly staff, beautiful pools and a nice beach. Small restaurants around the hotel which is way cheaper than the hotel, and worth visiting. Super nice BUT there were conferences every day and the pool-areas closed for private parties from 2 pm. Loud music until 11. Wish we were told ahead. Would go visit again on a quiet day :)

Very good, great value

Check in was efficient and friendly. The room was what I expected. Comfortable bed, tile floors, balcony and large bathroom. Breakfast was good, very good for what the room cost. The pools were pretty spectacular. The exercise room was ok, not great. The hotel restaurants were good. There were several beach clubs in walking distance that offered good but less expensive food and drink. Othee than the beach clubs, there is not much in walking distance. I was pleased. Overall good, very good for price, and I would go back.
