「Overall poor experience. Not cleanly. Inaccurate listing, particularly as it relates to the airport shuttle. Lights went out often. Walls and windows are super thin. No rest - could hear everything. Poor outdoor lighting. 」

「A very nice place to stay, right in the heart of Kigali’s Business Center. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Delphine, Rose and all other staff member for making my stay so amazing.
I recommend this place and will not hesitate to stay at Tropical Plaza Apartment once in Kigali.」
