Hotel is fantastic with great staff. My only complaint was that we were charged €15 per day for car parking. Which is excessive when there are other good hotels in the area offering free parking

Perfect combination of modern design and tradition

Great hotel - stayed 5 nights with family with teenagers. Supernice lobby bar to relax in, great gym and spa. Wonderful breakfast. Will return !

Stylischer und komfortabler Aufenthalt zu jeder Ja

Ausstattung und Gestaltung der Zimmer, Sauna, Fitnessraum, Lounge, Skiraum sehr gut! Frühstücksbuffet mit allem drum und dran. Garage kostet extra, was in solchen Orten normal ist, allerdings m.E. mit 12,- etwas hoch. Mitarbeiter an Rezeption und Bar können noch dazulernen! Wenig kompetent, bzw. machen zu viele Fehler, auf die man auch noch selbst hinweisen muß. Kein Entgegenkommen oder Entschuldigung. Die Drinks sind zu teuer für deren Qualität.

Very nice hotel with an extraordinary service. Hotel and management catered in an excellent way for our needs when things didn't really worked out the way we expected during our stay over the weekend Feb 9 to Feb 12. Impressive and highly appreciated!

Une décoration design qui cherche le luxe dans la simplicité. La chambre spacieuse, la propreté irréprochable. Pour leur grande majorité les chambres offrent une vue imprenable sur les pentes enneigées et la "mythique". Accueil chaleureux, les services de haut niveau. Idéal pour un séjour en famille ou en couple.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Leider kann man nicht wirklich etwas gutes sagen, da der Aufenthalt insgesamt ungenügend war. Angefangen von einer miserablen pp Situation da diese wohl doppelt vergeben werden über nächtliche feiern im Hotel mit lauten Gästen. Unaufmerksames Zimmer und gastropersonal haben den Aufenthalt abgerundet. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Wie immer ein Top Aufenthalt

Wir waren schon öfter im Kitzhof. Es zählt absolut zu unseren Lieblingshotels. Sofort wenn man ankommt fühlt man sich wohl. Tolles Ambiente, herzlicher Empfang, ... Das Frühstück ist wirklich immer wieder ein Traum. Sehr toll für uns ist die zentrale Lage und die gute Erreichbarkeit des Stadtzentrums. Die Standard Doppelzimmer entsprechen leider nicht ganz der Erscheinung des gesamten Hauses aber das macht die restliche Hotelumgebung wieder gut. Einziges Manko: Leider entspricht die Anzahl der Liegen im Schwimmbad nicht ganz der Größe des Hotels. Wir werden sicher bald wieder kommen.

War nur eine Nacht im Hotel, konnte das SPA leider nicht nutzen da ab 19.30 Uhr geschlossen, Pool ebenfalls geschlossen, und Bautätigkeit im linken Trakt des Hotels - nicht störend

Great Design Mountain Resort

Unfortunately we only stayed one night at this Hotel. It was a great experience. The Hotel and location is amazing. We also booked massages and were very pleased with the experience. The only thing which was a little set back was the construction that day and that the pool was closed. However, we would definitely return to this Hotel.

Alles super. Guten Wellness-Bereich und gutes Frühstücksbüffet. Aussicht schlecht, direkt auf des Nebengebäude obwohl das Hotel eine tiefe Belegug hatte. das Restaurant war mittelmäßig. Personal sehr freundlich.
