We loved staying here! The apartment was very spacious; very clean, and nicely decorated for the holiday season. There were lots of towels available, kitchen was well stocked; games available for sharing. The hosts were very gracious and helpful -- provided tips on best ski slopes that would be available for an early December visit. We would love to go back.

The property was tastefully furnished in a quiet area but only a 3 minute walk to the closet gondola and 10 minutes to the old town. The hosts, Hansi and Ilona were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. They had stocked the apartment with so many amenities before we arrived including coffee, tea, jams, wine, beer, etc. Every morning Ilona brought us fresh breakfast rolls from the bakery. Hansi gave us great information about current ski conditions and pistes and also recommended excellent on mountain restaurants. Their communications before and during our stay were prompt and informative. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this apartment. It is an outstanding value for Kitzbuhel.
