「These things were described as available at this property but in fact we’re not available at all: Air conditioning WiFi Restaurant Convenience store/shop Plus confusion when we departed about payment - it was paid online through Orbitz but the staff there did not understand that.」

「Comfortable stay. Food was not the best but it was OK. Breakfast was good. Kettle in the room did not work and there was no sugar for morning coffee but these are small things. I have been visiting Sherbourne since 2005 and it's always comfortable. 」
