Great hotel right in the center of Levi! Having a sauna in the room was a total game-changer. The staff are super lovely, too. Just a heads-up: breakfast is mostly savory. It’s definitely pricey for what it is, but honestly, that’s just Lapland in December for you. Still a great stay

Lovely hotel close to all shops, restaurants and ski slopes. We really liked the private sauna in our room, which was well needed after a days ski. Hotel lobby and bar was also nice and welcoming.

Overnight stay while travelling further north in Finland, have no complaints at all, while room was functional and not the 5star level it was clean, well appointed and i had no complaints. Staff were lovely and service and breakfast excellent

The staff at reception was very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was fantastic, a large spread even through we were there during low season with hardly any other guests, that was appreciated. The room however was clean but a little outdated, and basic compared to the other Lapland hotel chain rooms we’ve stayed at. The bathroom was very, very tight, even for two adults. The bed was mediocre but a little springy. The area was great except not a whole lot was going on or opened in the month of August but I can see this hotel to be very convenient in the winter season. Overall we were happy with the stay, but it was not the best Lapland accommodation we stayed at during our travels.

Apartment was fine, not value for money.

The hotel reception and main building was pretty nice but the apartment we were assigned was okay. The building/ apartments were old and pretty outdated and the beds were not the most comfortable. Somehow we ran out of hot water at night after using the sauna and had to shower in freezing cold water. Maintenance stopped by early the next morning but the issue had resolved itself. Pretty expensive for what we received. Buffet breakfast was good and they had a lot of options!

An affordable option for this very expensive ski town. Room was not renovated, but still felt ok. Enjoyed the in-room sauna. Disappointed by staff’s lack of local knowledge or knowledge of the hotel itself. They were not trained to the level I would expect. Biggest issue is the hotel’s relationship with la Francoise des Circuits. The guide Catherine brought a very large, loud, rude tourist group to the hotel. They threw a massive party in the lobby right next to my room and I didn’t sleep until 2am. They got kicked out and then stood outside my room window on the porch for an additional hour at midnight. It was really bad form. Behavior I would expect from university students but they were all adults. Ruined my final night at the hotel.

The room were perfect 2 storey with decent kitchen and sauna. separate washroom was great. all clean and immaculate. The only issue was the breakfast. It would be great to include more vegetarian options. The butter ran out and they could not replace it.

Es war alles einwandfrei. Schneller unkomplizierter Check in. Personal stets hilfsbereit wenn wir Fragen hatten. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und hat auch ein paar Sachen enthaltenen die wir noch nicht kannten. Das Apartment war geräumig für uns drei und die Betten waren auch gut. Am besten war der Schrank zum Kleider trocknen. Das war oft notwendig. Die Sauna haben wir auch 1x getestet. Anmerkung hierzu: wenn die Sauna läuft, geht der Trockenschrank nicht.

Flott opphold i Levi for første gang på Lapland Hotels. God frokost og god middag. Anbefaler å prøve "Hurmos porridge" til frokost. Hotellet ligger sentralt til og er bemannet hele døgnet. Leilighetene er utstyrt med alt man trenger for å kunne lage mat. Renholdet er bra.
