The road to the pool covered with debris and building material. Oh, and on arrival, a slow, silent check in process, until, ‘How are you paying for your stay?’ ‘We’ve already paid in advance’. Cockroaches were all killed within 48 hours by use of spray and traps from local Carrefour. 」

「I was really disappointed that not once did anyone ask how my stay was. To add to that they only provided me with one towel the entire time I was there and never offered extra towels. The beddings were the same the entire time and when I asked for fresh ones, they said they don’t do that. The day I checked out, no one was there to check me out and it was very confusing who to lay the final bill to. Overall I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for the guests. 」
