We stayed at this hotel to go to Omagari Fireworks next day. There is a one man train running between Kitakami to Yokote where is about 20 min train ride to Omagari.The train station was next to the hotel that was perfect for the early train ride. Very convenient, right at the train station Kitakami does not offer many dining options or stores near by. Staff were very nice Breakfast area was very small With a school group. We had to wait for a while before the tabke was open Breakfast was not great.

チェックイン前、チェックイン後にスーツケースを預けました。スタッフの方の対応も丁寧でとても気持ちよく預けられました,1階のコーヒーも美味しく頂きましたし、部屋の設備も問題なく過ごせました。今回は先にシングルを取り、後から両親の分のツインを取ったので階も離れましたが、両親につけた朝食も良かったみたいです。駅に1番近く雨にも濡れないのでまた利用したいと思います。

総ガラス張りでシティホテルのような外観、ビジネスホテルとしては、かなりゆったりした広さのロビー。

とにかくいい、すごくいいです。新幹線の駅前と立地も抜群で、ビジネスホテルとしては、ゆったりロビー。何度も宿泊していますが、また来たい。

朝食がメイン3つぐらいが七時半に全くなくておかずしかなく残念だった。暖房が準備中で効かない時があり問い合わせしたときの女性スタッフの対応は素晴らしかった。

駅前の便利なホテル

JR東日本のホテルなので、駅に近接しており、とても便利でした。バイキング朝食もメニューが多く、部屋も清潔、アメニティも充実していました。　カード式のキーのホテルがほとんどになってきましたが、ここでは依然としてキーを使っています。外出時はフロントに預ける必要がありますが、フロントが混雑していることが多く、そのあたりにフラストレーションを感じました。

他のメッツホテルと比べると少々古めかしいようです。また北上という街が衰退してしまっているので土日の夕食は選択肢が非常に少ないです。なので朝食サービスはほんとうに助かります。
