「The food is amazing. The entire staff is extremely professional, especially everyone in the restaurant. The hotel has a very unique design. The hallways and various sitting areas throughout the hotel look very homely (in a good way). From the pool area, to the huge bar lounge, etc, there are many soft chairs and couches to relax.
The 1st room we stayer in very outdated and needs renovations. However, the next day we were put in a different room and it was much nicer. The beds are large and...

「The room wasn't as shown in the picture. At first the staff asked me to cancel my booking and re-register at their rates, which was impossible to do via the Orbitz App. Then they finally gave me a room after much wrangling.
Morning came by, I started to shower then the water was cut-off a minute into it. Totally frustrating exprerience!」
