A wonderful, locally owned hotel with a welcoming informative staff. The pool was fantastic and very clean. The hotel is right on the beach, and a ten minute walk into the center of Kissamos where you'll find great restaurants and cute little shops. Kissamos is a wonderful hidden gem, and if you stay there, definitely give Nautilus Bay a try, my wife and I will definitely be back!

Amazing staff and hotel!

The hotel manager and bar waitress were absolutely amazing people. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the food was exceptional! We stayed here to go to the pink beach and it was a crazy mountainous drive and crowded but the hotel made up for that in their amazing view! We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

Great location for a vacation. About an one hour from Chania and Elafonissi beach. Host were excellent. Provided a buffet Breakfast, which was good. Love there coffee machine during breakfast

Modern family run top class hotel

This hotel is great value for money and caters for both self catering as well as full range of dining options. The staff are very welcoming and will do everything to make your stay a great one. It is a modern well designed hotel which will be demand as the developments around it are completed. The beach is a selling point and access to shops, bars and restaurants all in easy walking distance.

Very nice hotel has private beach, beautiful scenery. Staff were very friendly. Isabella was awesome, she was pleasant and helpful with her advices. Also Stravolla was nice and cheerful. The breakfast was nice and delightful. The restaurant offer great homemade traditional food, the location was convenient and quiet. The hotel was clean and spotless. We definitely stay in this hotel when we go back to Crete.
