「There was very little staff available on the night, there wasn’t an option for any drinks or a bar no restaurant.
The room was cold, radiator took ages to warm up and windows didn’t shut properly. On the morning I left I was met by another member of staff who was clearly on something. I should of spent an extra £10 and stayed at a travel lodge.」
