Ich würde ja 6 Sterne geben...

Ich bin ja schon in einigen Hotels gewesen, aber es hat sich noch nie jemand so sehr um die Kunden bemüht wie hier. Zimmer top. Service 1a. Frühstück lecker und reichlich Auswahl. Außergewöhnlich hohes Preis - Leistungs Verhältnis.

Nettes Hotel mit gutem Service und guter Ausstattung. Hunde sind willkommen und man kann in direkter Nähe in einem Waldgebiet spazieren gehen. Parkplätze sind direkt am Hotel und kostenlos. Für Raucher gibt es einen Bereich vor dem Hotel. Für Einkäufe gibt es ein Aldi.

Sehr netter Kontakt schon vor der Anreise, gut organisiert, stets freundlich. Zimmer sehr schön, Bett absolut bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Am Frühstücksbuffet war für jeden etwas Passendes dabei. Danke für alles.

Nicht nachlassen

Ich war schon ein paar mal hier. Im Bad war es leider nicht so sauber, auf WC Sitz und in der Dusche waren noch ein paar fremde Haare zu finden. Leider wurde mein Buchungswunsch, Zimmer nicht direkt über dem Eingang, trotz Bestätigung nicht umgesetzt. Konnte aber vor Ort noch ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Alles in Allem, es war gut, aber es war auch schon mal besser.

Die Matratzen sind extrem hart (für Frauen ungeeignet), habe total schlecht geschlafen. Leider hat das Restaurant im Hotel Sa. und So. Mittags und Abends geschlossen. Das Hotel liegt außerhalb. Zimmer ist bei geschlossenem Fenster ruhig obwohl direkt an der Autobahn gelegen. Frühstück sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Leider ist der Wellnessbereich bis auf weiteres geschlossen (Personalmangel). Das vorhandene Personal ist sehr freundlich und kommunikativ.

An einen Feiertag sollte man früher anreisen für den Check-in sonst wird der Schlüssel hinterlegt. Es gibt Nachtzugänge da die Rezeption nicht immer besetzt ist. Auch das Restaurant hat an einem Feiertag geschlossen. Es werden Restaurantempfehlungen gegeben. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto. Wir sind ohne Auto angereist. Ein Taxi kostet die regulären Tarife plus extra 8€ für diese Unterkunft, da es so Abseits ist. Die Betten sind sehr unbequem (Wasserbetten aber man liegt mit dem Kopf und den Schultern tiefer als mit dem Rest des Körpers) und die Zimmer entweder extrem warm oder kalt. Am zweiten Tag wurden die Handtücher mitgenommen aber keine neuen hingelegt. Um 1 Uhr Nachts nach einer Hochzeit konnte ich mich mit meinem Kleid abtrocknen (da die Rezeption ja nicht besetzt ist). Der volle Mülleimer wurde auch nicht geleert. Das Frühstück war gut. 7.50€ p.P. Es gab verschiedene Brötchen, Marmelade, Nutella, Käse, Wurst, Rührei, gekochte Eier, Butter und verschiedene Müslis, Kaffees, Tees und Säfte. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich.
