「There is no way this was a 5 star hotel. Room and the whole hotel needs renovation. Broken furniture, and neglected areas were obvious. The reception and some staff were rude. One staff asked for more tip! The food was less than average, stale and the 24 hour cafeteria was a joke with leftover food. Won't go there again.」

「Wir waren 9 Tage im Hane Family. Das Personal war überwiegend genervt. Es gab wenige Kellner, die freundlich und bemüht waren. Man hatte fast Angst, was zu bestellen, auch an den Theken. Ein Restaurant-„Chef” namens Yılmaz war der unfreundlichste und aroganteste Mitarbeiter im ganzen Hotel. Er hat nicht nur die anderen Kellner, sondern auch die Gäste angemotzt, wenn man bspw. nach einem freien Tisch gefragt hat. Das Essen war sehr unterschiedlich; mal hat es sehr gut und mal sehr schlecht...

「Wir hatten zu Beginn ein Zimmer unmittelbar hinter der Lüftungszentrale. Diese ist viel zu laut. Ein Zimmerwechsel nach zwei Nächten brachte eine markante Besserung.」

「Alt i alt et godt ophold. Lidt ærgerligt den store pool var iskold, men det var self også sidst på sæsonen. Fint hotel med gode faciliteter og services. Maden var dog alt for ensformig, fantastisk mange retter, det var bare det samme både morgen, middag - aften. Dog fedt med “restaurant” på stranden som indgår i all inclusive. Det venligste personale var rengøringen, de smilte og hilste. 」
