「Ein 3* Hotel das definitiv 4* verdient, Ich war jetzt 3 Mal in Uganda und habe in vielen 3 und 4 Sterne Hotels geschlafen, das La Vena ist vom Preis Leistung Verhältnis das Absolut Beste!」

「Wonderful staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and well equipped. There was even lots of hot water for a shower! The breakfast choices were excellent and the food was well done and tasty. The property is garden like with many plants and trees, sitting spaces and paths between buildings. 「The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, with good linen. There was plentiful hot water. The staff were all very friendly and De Rain, the owner was often around and very helpful booking trips. It had a very good kitchen. It is next to a busy road but I couldn’t hear it in my room and it didn’t affect my stay. It was so lovely being on the banks of Lake Victoria. 」

「This place is a 5-star hotel. It's a true boutique hotel. It is very quiet, very private, but you have access to everything. The view from the hilltop outside of the property is simply amazing. The food is excellent, fresh, and made on spot 24/7. The wifi is fast, so you can do your business just fine. It is a gated property so it's very safe. 「I had a problem with the water system in my room and they upgraded my room with no extra fees. I love the reception stuff, the facility is great, their kitchen is so slow and the the team as well.」

「Staff and rooms were nice. There is a rooftop with a bar and restaurant. Indian food was the better option. Breakfast on the rooftop is very pleasant. Rooms in the front of the hotel can be a bit noisy since the room faces the street. Overall, nice place to stay. 」

「Very bad acces road especially after rain. Away from main road and any big shop. Breakfast was always late and room next to kitchen is a nightmare. No night time so no good sleep for you (noises). Owners are friendly but they need to be more serious about guests. No hot water in shower. Heater broken? No bin bags. Doors and windows are not soundproof like stated on www. Good view on the city may compensate above issues. I would come back but this time only on top floor.」
