「What a lovely find! Visiting family in Julich and found this wonderful hotel via geographic search. The host is charming, extremely helpful and makes the most divine breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Bed was comfy. Room was very clean. Host took us to our room and set the A/C on cold because we are Americans from FL....he had vacationed in FL and knew we wanted it cold. 「I stayed in this hotel couple times and this time really pissed us off. The cleaners went to the room and didn’t finish the job and didn’t take the trash away. We ordered taxis and non of them arrived and the taxis they called for same trip could cost from 15-35 Euro difference. 😡 the front desk can’t answer simple questions and they don’t even apologize for not ordering taxis for us. We will Never stay in this hotel again! 」
