"Good amenities, quiet, and clean. The kitchenette and bathroom were very nice inclusions and the room was spacious with a lot of great light and high ceilings. Free laundry right outside the room was great, and it was a short jaunt to the city center and close enough to the airport that a single bus got us there in about 10 mins. Only real complaint was that I never got an answer when trying to call reception during business hours and no response to my email inquiring about extending our stay before check-in. Was able to sort things out in person with no issues though so it's minor."

"Very businesslike, not overly friendly but professional. Location is a 10 min walk into town but it’s uphill on the return which was ok for us but just a heads up if you’re not keen on hills. "

"Really enjoyed our time there, the lakehouse and views are stunning. Away from hustle bustle of Queenstown. Food was great quality and well presented, service was very good, however menu was limited. Only downside was no shop or store nearby for drinks or snacks for our room."

"Parking at this location for suite is limited and very tight. I could not open driver side door wide enough to get out on my rented Toyota Auris when parked next to another car. Had to park on the street and moved it to another empty spot the next morning before 8 a.m. Room is outdated with dinky carpet and damp walls. But good location and good value for one night stay."
