"Great small independent hotel - I arrived very late but the owner was really helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again if I am working in that area."

"This is a great venue if you wish to be off grid lifestyle. For us it didn’t quite meet our needs as our dog couldn’t manage the staircase & although we thought we had a shower and separate bathroom we only had a bath.
Hot water is at a premium here we found & lacking in water pressure. But truly a great venue if you wish to unplug, & chill.
One recommendation I would make, to help dogs relax. Is to the make the gardens private with privacy screens. The dog next door was barky & uneasy...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Holly Lodge. Our room was lovely, and it was clean and comfortable. It was great having air con in the room. Breakfast was also great. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we’re in the area."

"All areas very clean and tidy, lovely comfy bed with new cotton linens and towels. We stayed in room 8, perfectly clean and comfortable, rooftop view of next-door along with pigeons but that can't be helped, bit of a steep stair climb to top floor, but ok for us, good selection for continental breakfast, perfect location and parking opposite to explore wells, we stayed the 1 night but would stay again if exploring other locations nearby"

"Staff here are lovely and helpful. It is the only inn in the village so there was a lively atmosphere in the bar where we were alloted an exclusive table to use for the 3 days (2 nights) instead of in the restaurant. Parking was private and there was just enough room for everyone. Breakfasts were excellent and cooked to order. We ate in the bar both nights and our steak and chicken were perfectly cooked and with various appropriate sides."
"Weather was great and the property was great but lacked loungers by the pool to relax. They need other places to relax around the place other than your tent or cabin"
"Place was immaculate.
View of the fields was great. Local to where we needed to go and also very close to Swaffham town centre.
Parking spaces clearly marked."
"It was my husband’s and my first time visiting Fflokes, and after hearing so many great things through word of mouth, we decided to spend our 3rd wedding anniversary there.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, we had a smile on our faces. It not only lived up to our expectations — it exceeded them.
It honestly felt like Disney World for adults.
We definitely plan to visit again. Thank you to the entire team for making our 3rd anniversary so memorable."
"I booked this specifically to include a cooked breakfast as my husband always likes this, unfortunately the breakfast was quite limited, no mushrooms or tomato’s or hash browns or choice of egg. Cereals were limited too and only one flavour of yoghurt. It is a good basic breakfast just not what we were expecting from previous reviews. I would say that the staff were more than helpful and went that extra mile to help with any query, they were all pleasant and friendly and made you very welcome. The rooms were fine and clean, wardrobe space small , but perfectly adequate for a couple of days"
"Very cute accommodation with thoughtful touches, easy reach of beaches and shops, great breakfast and parking right outside. easy check-in and friendly host Nigel.
A lick of paint would make it look cleaner especially in the bathroom and the shower was blocked with gunk, more cutlery was needed as only one each of everything we had to keep washing up in-between eating when needing a teaspoon or buttering bread or cutting cheese etc, but we are sure had Nigel been available when we had the issues he would of helped as he was very accommodating, we mentioned the shower on leaving and he apologised and said he would fix it for next person.
We would recommend it to others to stay here and if we every return to Norfolk we would book here again."
