「The first thing I noticed was hair on my sheets. I should have insisted on a sheet change, in hindsight but I used lint brush to remove. Later, after spilling water we had to use a towel to clean up. It was black once we cleaned. So gross, the floor didn't appear dirty but obviously it was. Nothing special about room, didn't even provide bottled water. Overall it was just ok. Lots of gambling opportunities of that's your thing (not mine).」

「I booked 6 Rooms with 2 queen beds for myself and employees. When we arrived at the hotel, they did not have enough rooms available with with 2 queen beds. We were forced to move ourselves around, and some of us ended up with a king bed, with a sofa bed in the room. However, the sofa beds had no mattresses in them, therefore useless. Out of the 6 rooms, 4 of them had broken televisions. every room had a filthy bathtub/shower. Guests of your hotel should NOT have to find bleach, and clean a tub...
