「Everything was fantastic, except the included breakfast. Was limited to a waffle maker and the basics. No eggs, gravy, biscuts. Was told no kitchen staff. Still stay was great, front porch and rocking chairs topped off every evening. Will stay again.」

「Pros: Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Cons: We we're on the first floor and our room was invaded with earwig bugs. The people in the room above us sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. Kept us up first night.」

「The staff was very attentive. They made our granddaughters feel extra special. From the front desk to maid service to breakfast they were helpful and friendly. Girls enjoyed the pool the most. 」

「Stayed in May 2024 and the hotel was newly reopened after a change in hotel chain ownership, and a full interior/exterior renovation. It was essentially a new hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping was excellent. Located in central Norton, VA with many dining choices nearby. My only complaint is that trucks roll through town pretty early weekday mornings and there is some road noise. Overall recommended.」
