"The hotel was under construction during my stay, and there was noticeable construction noise. The hallways had a very strong, unpleasant smell—almost rotten or chemical-like. Thankfully, it wasn’t noticeable inside the room. I tried to be understanding, but the condition of the towels was unacceptable. The first towel I picked up had a large hole (about 4 inches) with worn, see-through fabric. The second had a visible yellow stain. The staff was super, super friendly! The breakfast was descent I’ve stayed at both 5-star hotels and budget places like Motel 6, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. I don’t expect luxury from an airport hotel, but for $170 a night, it simply wasn’t worth the price."

"Parking is horrible! We had to park 3 lots away. Guest parking should come 1st instead of event parking. Besides parking it is a beautiful hotel."

"The airport was clean, well maintained and efficiently run. The TSA staff, and people we met in the shops and restaurants were polite and professional. We had a very pleasant experience departing from IAD to our home near Jacksonville, FL."

"This hotel is recommended a breakfast free but the breakfast was a complimentary and the worse one I’ve ever seen. Basically, it is drinks oit there, but a coffee is cold, no hot water. When I asked a hot water from a staff, she is a kind of annoying to do that."

"The staff was friendly. The table in my room wasn’t clean and had pieces of food scattered across it. There were dumpsters or construction containers around the back where it looked like a swimming pool used to be and was kind of an eyesore. I also didn’t sleep well due to other guests shouting at each other for a long time at 3am."
