「rooms are very small」

「Thank you for us so welcome in your hotel. In particular the fantastic housekeeping service provided by Anandhu, and the housekeeping team.」

「Housekeeping never come to clean the room or change the towels during 3 nights. Wrong information on the map location on the Hotels.com website - The hotel indicates Kingdom Centre, but it doesn't match their address...A shame after you booked and organised all your meetings around the wrong place, far away from the Subway (1km) as well」

「Nice room, good location and good staff!! With a yummy burger botique just across the street! 」

「Modern hotel , great location. Very clean and beautiful rooms.」

「Perfect stay」

「So far best hotel in Riyadh on this category Nice gym and good breakfast」

「Location is quite good, but hotel next to a club, Friday and Saturday very loud, room furnishing old, hot tub and washing sink have a lot of cracks, probably wont come back here again 」

「Expected way more than outdated furniture and finishing」
