「Reviews are correct, this place is awesome.」

「Poor maintenance and cleanliness. Very limited facilities, and the property is managed by only one elderly person, making service slow and inconsistent. The stay did not match the expectations created by the listing. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made.」

「Very friendly owner and good atmosphere at the house !」

「Clean room and helpful staff, they speak very well and good communication.」

「The staff is very polite and provide assistance with any questions」

「No signage made it hard to find. At first, the hosts seemed sweet and very hospitable. They gave us dinner, and breakfast was good. We even wanted to leave a big tip.But right before leaving, they suddenly demanded 222 GEL for "food and accommodation". Our room and breakfast were already prepaid via Hotels.com. 「Chambre parfaite.Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Accueil parfait.」

「Had a nice stay and the location is close to the caves and canyons in that area. It's a bit hard to find, so make sure you have the exact locations before going there. The huts are simple but nice」

「Unfortunately a terrible experience. Arrived at night to be told, we don’t have a room. Didn’t matter that I had a booking. No sympathy or apology. Had to find a hotel elsewhere with a taxi. A month later, and there’s still been no refund or apology. Very poor behaviour 」

「Clean house & rooms, my shower was a little bit unstable」

「Rent, pent hyggelig personale, ok frokost」

「The room was so cute and large, with a small balcony. Bathroom was also quite lovely, We only stayed for 1 night but I have nothing but Nic things to say about the staff as well as the room.」
