The hotel is dated but clean. Ripped carpet edges and stained couches. Very short shower head, I’m 5’6 and had to crouch to rinse the top of my head. The Larix Hotel
The breakfast was excellent and provided the option for a healthy start to the day. The interior of the building has been beautifully upgraded and created a very cozy environment. The receptionist and host of the restaurant were both very friendly and extremely helpful!

Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre Cranbrook
This was a mistake but now I know better. Aside from allergy problems (even after I vacuumed my room myself), I didn't sleep much because of several trains on 1 side and road traffic on the other. The only good things were the gym and breakfast. Vijan was very good there in the breakfast room.
