「After driving a long distance to Lake Tekapo, the host greeted us with warm smile and introduced this lovely wood house. In here, you could find ALL you need -- even more than your expectation. The facilities and cooking stuffs are new, clean and tidy, we cooked ourselves both dinner and breakfast with these delicate plates(Just remember to wash by your own after use). 「We had a lovely albeit short stay. Beautiful clean house, nice deck and comfortable bed, couch and bean bags. Walking distance to town. Kitchen was smaller than anticipated, but well equipped. There's a small fireplace and a heat pump, but I still felt a tad chilly. Electric blanket would be a nice touch, and also a nightstand on both sides of the bed. I think this would be great fit for a family. Self check-in/out via the lockbox was a breeze. Would be a bonus if checkout was 11am instead of...

「Extremely small ,nowhere to put luggage, had to be on already small floor space, danger of tripping, zero storage facilities eg bedside table ( that was some contraption holding the rooms hairdryer and fan and only on one side of bed) . Bathroom had no mirror over basin, no lid on toilet but handrails and accessible shower even though there was no way one could get a wheelchair past the kitchen bench and bed into that bathroom.Overpriced! 」
