「Spotless apartment with all the amenities. Easy check-in and parking with facilities nearby. Will definitely return. 」

「I would stay again.good staff, great location and near bus route into Belfast」

「As soon as we walked through the door, we knew we made the right choice. The restaurant/bar area was beautiful and cozy. The hotel staff was welcoming. Our room was nicely decorated, and the bay window view of the sea was gorgeous. I will stay at the Avoca any time that I return to Newcastle.」

「The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. The staff in the bar serving afternoon food and drinks were slow and not very knowledgeable, also the snack choices were very limited. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. The swimming pool was very poor paint peeling, rust around units on the walls. The steam room and sauna not very inviting.」

「Wonderful location, cozy beds, fantastic breakfast & staff.」

「Good hotel with quality views from the bedroom and super breakfast will be returning soon」

「Room ,tired but clean, staff very helpful. Property is right on the sea front overlooking the harbour with great views of Strangford Lough. The ferry terminal is approx 200yrs away.」

Thank you for the stay, it made our break, we will definitely be booking again.」

Lots of little extras having a full kitchen and laundry. Shower not really an option. Local area very quiet. This also meant few options for pubs or restaurants except the local grocer. Slept well with the windows open and enjoyed magnificent views of the mournes and water.」

「We recently stayed at Manse on the Beach and had a fantastic experience. If you are looking for a relaxing, stress-free getaway, this is the place to book. The Rooms: Spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. You can tell the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work. Everything from the crisp linens to the pristine bathroom was immaculate. The Staff: The customer service here is unmatched - polite, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The Spa & Hot...
