The Property was great and they were extremely accommodating to the issues I had with my flight. Front desk staff was great and professional only issue was there was limited parking due to ongoing maintenance/ construction. I will definitely stay again when I visit.

I love it that we did not have to pay for parking. The parking was included in the rental, which was very good. Also, the cleanliness of the property was very well very well lit up love the lights and everything and the rooms were very comfortable and roomy very spacious.

I wish I had gotten the ladies name who checked us in she was wonderful and thru out our stay she was always super friendly and also always cleaning. The only bad thing I can say is we arrived at 2 and were told check in was at 3 and there were no early check ins. I would have understood that if they were cleaning rooms which they were not.

i love that it was closer to my family who we were visiting. The place was big enough for some of our family to come over and enjoy my cooking and play cards without getting on the bed. I wish more things was there like can opener, more stuff for the dishwasher. beside that we enjoyed our visit, and we will stay there every time we come to Texas o yea the door was so hard to open.

Not the cleanest

The pullout sofa sheets were dirty with blood and food crumbs. The staff did come to change the sheets (the next day because there are very limited front office hours) and the mattress cover was also blood stained. The sheets on one of the queen beds had a lot of dog hair so we doubt those sheets were changed. We started noticing a lot of dog hair on the floor. On the positive side, it’s nice size accommodations for four adults. The courtyard is attractive. The property manager was very professional.

.. loved how much space we had in room .. took about 20 min to get checked in and told me I needed to put a deposit .. my son came over and we sat outside (nice little pit was perfect weather.. my girls were playing red light green light they were not all over furniture just playing this game not by anyone we were the only ones out at the time and the lady came out and told us they can’t be playing ??? But all the construction workers can drink beer and party all night ?? But hey that’s where they get their business and that’s their priority! So if you have family kids that want to move around laugh play I wouldn’t recommend .. also two towels in room for four people and coffee pot was full of mold

The rooms very very nice, the property itself was pretty ideal we were just passing through. I don’t like the hours of the lobby. We did know it would close inside at 8pm but also an email we got said we could check in on the app and have a key left in a lock box. On the phone we called around 6pm to let them know we would be there right at 8pm, and were told lock box was not an option and if we did not arrive by 8:10 we would be cancelled and charged for the first night. I don’t understand this business model when most people arriving from out of town would be really inconvenienced by something g like a room being cancelled over a 10 minute window at 8pm.

Property was very new and clean. Enough parking. Check in promptly at 3pm. Not a minute earlier. Staff is friendly. Rooms are easy to find, outdoor walkways kept very clean every day. Room itself spacious and fairly clean. Kitchen has fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove and microwave. Some plates, bowls, glasses and cups. A few pots and pans. Some silverware and knives etc. Not clean though. No kitchen towels, dish soap or sponge. Batroom spacious but door does not close easily, doesnt lock either. Tv’s/internet did not work all the time. Small trashcan with no extra trashbags. AC make bedrooms cold but not living area. I guess during chaotic PCS waiting for housing this hotel does its job. Some basics we’re missing.
