No frills no thrills room

For the price,i dont expect alot, but i do expect to be comfortable. My towels were stained, there were flies and knats in the room. The room was big and spacious, i would just say it needs to be updated. Good locstion right off the highway and it was quiet.

Basic stay in Killeen

New management was friendly and accommodating. They really wanted us to be comfortable. The property itself is in need of a refresh. I hope the current management can turn the property around. (btw, this was the only affordable place in Killeen we could find for the 2024 total eclipse, so kudos for that.)

It was very hot and humid i was taking a staycation fpr 3 days and looked up last minute hotels with a pool , the advertised picture of Americas Best shows a very quaint and clean pool so i booked the room when i arrived nothing from the pictures of the hotel online matched the reality of the place the pool had been filled in long time ago and when i asked about it the woman behind the counter never missed a beat explaining that t h e pool was no longer a pool and when i was asking to cancel the reservation she just said then go i was tired and over heated i needed to rest and cool down i chose to stay rather than upsetting myself arguing to fact of no pool
